1.2. To place an order, you must be at least 16 years old or have authorization from your legal representative.

1.3. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1.4. The Terms & Conditions applicable to your order are those published on the website when the order is placed.

1.5. We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated terms are published.

3. Products

3.1. LR Couture creates one-of-a-kind pieces using vintage garments that are transformed with embroidery, pearls, crystals, buttons, patches, and selected fabrics.

3.2. Each design is unique and available as one piece only. Once an item is sold, the same design may not be reproduced or restocked.

3.3. We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, details, and measurements accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on the screen or device used.

3.4. Due to the vintage nature of the garments, minor variations and characteristics may be present. These are part of the individuality of each piece and are not considered defects unless clearly identified otherwise.

3.5. Product availability is subject to confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer and cancel or amend the order as appropriate.

3.6. Products purchased from LR Couture are intended for personal use and may not be purchased for unauthorized resale.

4. Prices

4.1. All prices displayed on the website are in UAE dirhams and include VAT where applicable.

4.2. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed separately before the order is confirmed.

4.3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

4.4. If a pricing error occurs, we may contact the customer to offer the option of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling the order.

5. Placing an Order

5.1. Customers may browse the website without placing an order.

5.2. To purchase an item, the customer must select the product, add it to the shopping cart and complete the checkout process.

5.3. Before submitting an order, the customer may review and correct the order details, including the selected product, delivery address and billing information.

5.4. By clicking "Place Order" or another equivalent confirmation button, the customer submits the order and accepts these Terms & Conditions.

5.5. After an order is submitted, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

5.6. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance. The order is accepted once payment is approved and the item is confirmed as available.

7. Gift Messages

Where available, customers purchasing an item as a gift may request a complimentary card containing a personalized message.

LR Couture reserves the right to reject messages containing unlawful, offensive or inappropriate content.

8. Payment

8.1. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may include credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other payment services.

8.2. Billing information must be accurate and correspond with the payment method used.

8.3. All payments are subject to authorization and validation by the payment provider.

8.4. LR Couture is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by a payment provider refusing or delaying authorization.

8.5. By placing an order, the customer authorizes the payment provider to process the payment and perform any necessary security or fraud-prevention checks.

9. Order Status and Cancellation Before Dispatch

9.1. Customers may contact us for information about their order or delivery status.

9.2. A request to cancel or modify an order must be submitted before the order is dispatched.

9.3. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified after it has been confirmed because preparation and dispatch may begin immediately.

9.4. If LR Couture cancels an order before dispatch, any amount paid for that order will be returned to the original payment method.

9.5. We may cancel an order because of product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or delivery restrictions.

10. Delivery

10.1. Orders are normally dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

10.2. Delivery options and estimated timeframes will be displayed during checkout or communicated when the order is confirmed.

10.3. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 12:00 pm and may be subject to an additional charge.

10.4. Next-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 3:00 pm.

10.5. Orders placed after 3:00 pm may require up to two working days or the timeframe displayed during checkout.

10.6. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10.7. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and delivery information.

10.8. Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before the order is submitted.

11. Exchanges and Refunds

11.1. LR Couture accepts eligible exchanges, but does not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

11.2. To request an exchange, the customer must contact us within seven days of receiving the item.

11.3. An item submitted for exchange must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Free from stains, perfume, makeup, damage, or alteration
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
• Accompanied by the order confirmation or proof of purchase

11.4. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Because every LR Couture piece is one of a kind, the same design cannot be guaranteed as a replacement.

11.5. If the customer selects an item of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

11.6. If the customer selects an item of lower value, the remaining balance will be provided as store credit unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11.7. Customers are responsible for the cost and safe return of an item submitted for exchange, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

11.8. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. LR Couture is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged before reaching us.

11.9. Exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been worn, used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

12. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

12.1. Refunds are available only when an item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon receipt, or when the customer receives an incorrect item, subject to inspection and applicable law.

12.2. The customer must contact LR Couture promptly at contact@lrcouture.com and provide:

• The order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs or videos showing the defect, damage or incorrect item
• Photographs of the packaging where relevant

12.3. The customer should not wear, wash, alter or attempt to repair the item before the claim is reviewed.

12.4. Once the item has been inspected and the claim approved, LR Couture will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, exchange, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

12.5. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1. All content displayed on the LR Couture website, including the brand name, logo, photographs, designs, graphics, videos, text and website layout, belongs to LR Couture or its authorized licensors.

13.2. Website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from LR Couture.

13.3. Customers may access and use the website for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

14. Acceptable Website Use

When using the website, you must not:

• Attempt to interfere with the website's operation or security
• Introduce viruses, malware or harmful code
• Access information or systems without authorization
